SOLDVintage Eegee Goldberger "Chikie" doll. 16 1/2 inches. Made to compete with the very popular Patsy market. She is hard to find! Ca. 1930's. Made of composition with jointed shoulders and hips. Unmarked. Working tin litho sleep eyes with painted upper lashes. Open mouth with three upper teeth. Molded and painted "bobbed" hairdo. She is wearing a vintage replica cotton costume that includes a dress, matching onesie, matching hat, vintage rayon socks, vintage center buckle oilcloth shoes. Made in USA. Adorable and hard to find doll for your collection!!
Condition: Some paint wear, crazing, missing paint at one hip at the back, Working sleep eyes, arm stringing could use some tightening, Replica outfit in good condition with some light age discoloration. Vintage shoes and socks were not removed to protect them from potential damage but they appear good. No doll stand.
